Please note: In order to ensure a quality experience, class sizes will be limited so we request that all students register at least 72 hours in advance. Also, we may cancel classes due to low registration levels.

POLICIES

What to bring: We’ll supply the ingredients, tools and instructors needed to prepare for the course topic. Unless otherwise informed, just be prepared to enjoy yourself in our outstanding facility. We do suggest you wear closed toe shoes and long sleeve shirts. And for health and sanitation reasons, if you have long hair, you may need to pull it back or don a hairnet. We’ll promise to take pictures and circulate them to all of your friends.

Fees/Cancellations: Payment must be received in full to assure your enrollment. If classes are cancelled due to low enrollment, you can elect for a refund or apply the credit to classes in the future. If you need to cancel attendance, please give us notice at least 5 days in advance and we’ll happily provide a refund or credit. Notice of cancellation 72 hours or less prior to the class will result in forfeiture of fees.

Food Allergies, etc: We realize that some of our patrons may have food allergies so please let us know well in advance. You are encouraged to call us regarding the planned menu and item list and we’ll be happy to review it in advance.
